Defects in seals can either link seal impressions having come from a common source or they can distinguish between seal impressions that appear similar. These questions arise when two or more documents are disputed and may in many cases resolve the issue of the bona fides of the document or provide further support about the documents bona fides or lack thereof. The two illustrated seal impressions are very similar. Can you pick the differences? As a hint, there are five significant differences between the seal impressions?
